'After living on the west coast for the past fifteen years and returning to the West Island during the past year, it was imperative for me and my family that we be working with a real estate agent who really "knows her stuff". I had a tall order. It went like this. Find us a house that we can renovate, but that was already in move in condition, that must be good structurally, that can be a sound investment even after extensive renovation, that must be within walking distance to stores but not on a busy street and here's the really tough part, we need to move into it by the end of the month!
